Emergency Matters 

Problems may arise that are considered “emergencies” and may require immediate assistance.  Please call our Emergency Support Line (519-735-1800 Ext.: 104) if you experience any of the following problems:
 

  • Complete loss of heat during winter

  • Complete loss of electricity

  • Complete loss of water

  • Sewer blockage

  • Water penetration or leaks

For fire, gas leaks, and carbon monoxide leaks call 911
